Update 19 November:
The headlines are we have close to 3,000 people engaged in the process and approaching 300 votes either matched or in the process of being matched. (23 constituency had a majority of less than 300 in 2017).
We have built a smart backend that uses google maps to allow our team of admins to scroll in on a required proxy location and find the nearest available person who can vote. We vet the person offering to vote by looking at their online history and then make an introduction, a bit like a dating service. We then leave the pair to it and ask to hear back so we can update our records, some matches fail so we try again.
Although these are small numbers the potential is there and we have the capacity.
We need to get the word out to the groups, we need volunteers but mainly we need to tell expats we exist.
I have attached out latest map which is quite eye catching and 2 links to press coverage we have received.
